Children First: School Choice Trust is Canada's first privately funded program that helps parents in financial need send their children to an independent school of their choice.


Important Announcement from Children First: School Choice Trust:

In an effort to meet the financial needs of our current grant recipients, Children First: School Choice Trust will not be offering new grants for the 2010-2011 school year.  This means that we will not be accepting new applications in Ontario during our traditional January-March application drive.

Children First remains committed to our existing grant recipients and our financial support for these students will remain unchanged for the duration of the 2009-2010 school year.

Families who are eligible to renew their grants for the 2010-2011 school year will receive their renewal kits by mail in early March.

We look forward to continuing our work with Ontario's independent school community to help families in financial need afford the school of their choice.
